Introduction

1. Living Room — Arched Elegance Meets Organic Warmth
The living room anchors the entire villa's aesthetic. We designed a custom TV wall unit with a solid wood floating mantle shelf, flanked by symmetrical wall sconces. The arched doorway leading to the entryway was complemented with custom cabinetry that follows the arch profile, creating visual continuity throughout the ground floor.

The cream linen sofa, rocking accent chairs and olive tree styling were provided by the client locally — our role was to ensure every custom furniture piece served as the perfect backdrop for these softer elements.
2. Master Bedroom — Integrated Wardrobe and Vanity Design
The master bedroom presented a classic challenge for Australian villas: maximising storage without sacrificing the sense of space. Our solution was a full-wall integrated wardrobe system in matte white with brass pull handles, combined with a floating vanity desk that connects seamlessly to the wardrobe base unit.
The warm wood vertical tower panel between the wardrobe and vanity adds visual depth and hides the air conditioning unit. All wardrobe interiors feature soft-close hinges, pull-out drawer systems and adjustable shelving — standard across all our B2B export orders.

3. Study / Home Office — Floor-to-Ceiling Bookshelf Wall with Mountain View
This is arguably the most photographed room in the project. The study features a custom floor-to-ceiling open bookshelf wall in warm oak veneer, with mixed open and closed compartments for display and storage. The oval work desk in matching wood tone creates a soft contrast to the structured shelving.
The floor-to-ceiling steel-frame glass door leading to the balcony was a client-supplied architectural element — we designed the bookshelf to frame it perfectly, drawing the eye toward the mountain panorama beyond.

4. Home Theatre (Attic) — Entertainment Space with Custom Built-ins
The attic was converted into a dedicated home theatre and entertainment lounge. We designed warm-toned backlit display shelving along the side wall, an integrated mini bar cabinet with open display shelf above, and a low media console unit. The sloped ceiling was a structural challenge our designers worked around by customising panel heights to follow the roofline.

5. Kids Room — Playful and Practical
The kids room called for a completely different palette — fresh green ceiling, cheerful colour accents, and furniture that could grow with the children. We custom-built the wardrobe in natural oak with round wooden knob handles, sized specifically for the room's dimensions and the children's height. The bunk bed frame was locally sourced; our custom wardrobe was designed to complement it perfectly.
